A rectangular buildings is first depicted on the line of a field boundary to the south of Hackney Lane on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, with a pump labelled immediately to the north. The building is also present on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, but the pump is no longer labelled. The building is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that it had been demolished and replaced with a housing development prior to 2015.
