The town leat emptied back into the river and down Coggan's Well.

Site visit 26th February 2015. Coggan's Well bubbles up between two shaped concrete blocks in a paved recess on the south side of the road. A plaque in the pavement states that the well marks the termination of the town leat given to Tiverton by Countess Isabella in the 13th century.
