Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
'Freeland' shown on 19th century Tithe Map as a group of scattered buildings and small enclosures to the east of the road. The Apportionment for 'Freeland' lists Field Number 750 as 'House, Blacksmiths, Shop & Gardens'.
