Pink, F., 2014-2015, South Devon Coast Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey Desk-Based Assessment (Interpretation). SDV357736.

Buildings are shown within plot 78 on the West Teignmouth Tithe Map of 1840 and are recorded as 'Hennon House and Buildings' within the Tithe Apportionment. Buildings are also shown in this location on the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps where they are labelled as 'Treverven.' The layout of the buildings on these Ordnance Survey maps respects the alignment of the buildings shown on the earlier Tithe Map, although the house appears to be larger in size compared to that depicted on the Tithe Map. The building at the northern end of the plot is still present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, but a much larger building is now shown within the centre of the plot, although it is not possible to determine from the map evidence whether the earlier building has been replaced or incorporated into this larger building.

Ordnance Survey, 2015, MasterMap (Cartographic). SDV357601.

Buildings are present, but the building at the centre of the plot is of a much larger scale than that shown on the earlier Ordnance Survey maps.
