Plot 229 is recorded as a 'Homestead &c' within the West Teignmouth Tithe Apportionment.

Buildings are depicted and labelled as 'Hermosa House.'

Buildings are present but they appear to have been divided into separate units within individual plots.

Buildings are shown within plot 229 on the West Teignmouth Tithe Map of 1840 and are recorded as a 'Homestead &c' within the Tithe Apportionment. Buildings are also shown in this location on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, where they are labelled as 'Hermosa House.' There have been some changes to the layout of these buildings on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, and they appear to have been divided into separate units situated within individual plots. The western range of buildings is still present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, but the eastern range have been replaced by buildings of a different layout.
