Plot 180 is recorded as a 'Linhay and Yard' within the Tithe Apportionment.

A building is present. The building is much larger than the plot depicted on the earlier Tithe Map, but the eastern edge of this building is of a similar size and orientation to that shown on the Tithe Map.

Plot 180 on the East Teignmouth Tithe Map of 1839 is recorded as a 'Linhay and Yard' within the Tithe Apportionment. The field name indicates the presence of a linhay within this plot. A much larger building is shown in this location on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, but it is not possible to determine from the map evidence whether the linhay has been replaced by, or incorporated into, this larger building.
