Full description
Lichfield Smith, J. W., 1975, Palaeolithic Chopper (Personal Comment). SDV341695.
A rough Prehistoric axe of iron stained Broom type flint of possible Palaeolithic date was picked up in a cliff fall at Jacobs Ladder, Sidmouth in 1975. Also a worn, heavily mineralised and possibly cut piece of bone. Artefacts were retained by the finder.
