A building is depicted within plot 462 on the Cornworthy Tithe Map of 1844, recorded as a 'House and Garden' within the Tithe Apportionment. The building is not present on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that it had been demolished prior to 1899.
