Plot 1316 is recorded as 'Well Park,' plot 1319 is recorded as 'Spring Well Park,' plot 1318 is 'Second Well Park' and plot 1317 is 'Stoke Well Park' within the Stoke Fleming Tithe Apportionment.

Plot 1316 on the Stoke Fleming Tithe map of 1841 is recorded as 'Well Park,' plot 1319 is recorded as 'Spring Well Park,' plot 1318 is 'Second Well Park' and plot 1317 is 'Stoke Well Park' within the Tithe Apportionment. The field names indicate the presence of a well within the vicinity, although no features are depicted within these plots on the Tithe Map or later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.
