Plot 482 is recorded as 'Lower Long Cross,' plot 481 is 'Middle Long Cross' and plot 486 is recorded as 'Higher Long Cross' within the Stoke Fleming Tithe Apportionment.

Plot 482 on the Stoke Fleming Tithe Map of 1841 is recorded as 'Lower Long Cross,' plot 481 is 'Middle Long Cross' and plot 486 is recorded as 'Higher Long Cross' within the Tithe Apportionment. The field names may indicate the presence of a cross within the vicinity, or may relate to land either belonging to, or situated close to, a church.
