Plot 1750 on the Woodbury Tithe Map of 1842 is recorded as 'Bowling Green' within the Tithe Apportionment. The field name indicates the presence of a bowling green within this plot, although no features are depicted within this location on either the Tithe Map or later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance survey map.
