Plot 77 is recorded as 'Clay Pit Langdon' and plot 76 is recorded as 'Pit Langdon' within the Clyst St George Tithe Apportionment.

Plot 77 on the Clyst St George Tithe Map of 1839 is recorded as 'Clay Pit Langdon' and plot 76 is recorded as 'Pit Langdon' within the Tithe Apportionment. The field names indicate the presence of at least one pit within the vicinity, although no features are depicted within this location on either the Tithe Map or later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.
