Two buildings are depicted within plot 99 on the Brixham Tithe Map of 1838, recorded as 'Two Cottages' within the Tithe Apportionment. An additional larger building has been added to the south on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, but the building to the west is not present on the later Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that it had been demolished prior to 1906. A single building is present to the east on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, indicating that the building to the south had been demolished prior to 2015.
