Plot 161 is recorded as a 'House Yard and Buildings' within the Brixham Tithe Apportionment.

A group of buildings are depicted within plot 161 on the Brixham Tithe Map, and are labelled as 'Hoodown.'

A group of buildings are depicted within plot 161 on the Brixham Tithe Map of 1838, and are labelled as 'Hoodown.' The plot is recorded as a 'House Yard and Buildings' within the Tithe Apportionment. A similar arrangement of buildings are depicted within this location on the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps where they are labelled as 'Hoodown.' A slightly different arrangement of buildings is depicted in this location on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, but it is not possible to determine from the map evidence alone whether the earlier buildings have been replaced or incoprated into the new structures. The site is now labelled as 'Hoodown Farm.'
