It is also called 'Well Park' on an estate map of 1813 titled 'A Map of the Manors of Batson and Shabbacombe in the Parish of Gerston and other lands in West Alvington'.

On the 1841 West Alvington tithe map, Plot 1130 is recorded as 'Well Park' on the tithe apportionment.

On the 1841 West Alvington tithe map, Plot 1130 is recorded as 'Well Park'. It is located east of Collapit Bridge. It is also called 'Well Park' on an estate map of 1813 titled 'A Map of the Manors of Batson and Shabbacombe in the Parish of Gerston and other lands in West Alvington'. However, there is no well illustrated here on the 19th century maps, or on susequent historic maps, although it is likely one was once located hereabouts.
