Langdon Barton Farm consisted of 202 acres of 'rich pasture, thriving orchards and fertile arable land'. The thatched buildings of stone and cob included a barn, stables for 3 horses, granary, with cartshed under and a timber and slated fattening yard. Adjacent there were fattening stalls for ten animals with a feeding passage, a second barn with a wheel house and piggeries and ash house.

A 'stone, cob and thatched barn with stables for three horses and one loose box under' is described in the 1913 sale particulars.
An ash house is described at an uspecified date.
