Changed hands in 1850. New owner rearranged the buildings around a yard with the older house in the south-east corner. An older barn with horse-engine house was incorporated into the layout on the north side of the yard and stables, linhays, implement sheds, piggeries, root houses, cartsheds and shippons added. Much of this still survives.
