Plot 459 is recorded as a 'House and Garden' within the Branscombe Tithe Apportionment.

A complex of buildings are illustrated within plot 459 on the Branscombe Tithe Map .

There have been some changes to the layout of the buildings compared to the Tithe map, with a larger number of buildings now depicted and labelled as 'Berry Barton.'

A complex of buildings are illustrated within plot 459 on the Branscombe Tithe Map of 1840, recorded as 'House and Garden' within the Tithe Apportionment. There have been some changes to the layout of these buildings by the time of the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps, with a larger number of buildings depicted and labelled as 'Berry Barton.' A similar layout of buildings is depicted within this location on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, with new buildings now shown to the west and south-east.
