Possible accommodation building for senior medical staff. Concrete block construction. Gabled roof with corrugated asbestos sheeting. Brick stack at each end. Metal windows with concrete lintes. Four bays. Wooden double doors in the third bay from north. West door give access to plant room; east door gives access to the building.
No internal access; visual inspection through windows. There is a central corridor with rooms off it. Brick fireplaces in some rooms. Appears to be a similar layout to buildings 3 and 4. Plasterboard ceilings.
