Building of unspecified function connected by a covered walkway to the recreation building to the east.
Built of clay block units under a gabled, corrugated asbestos roof. Metal and UPVC windows. 13 bays. A single wooden door in the south-east elevation. Double wooden doors in the north-west elevation. A single wooden door in the north-east elevation in the 2nd from north bay.
No internal access; visual inspection through windows. Similar room layout to accommodation buildings 7 and 11. The room at the south-east end is a conference room.
