Full description
Pears, B. + de-Villiers, S. + Passmore, A., 2014, The Former Fremington Army Camp, Fremington, Devon: Results of an Archaeological Trench Evaluation and Historic Building Survey, Building 36 (Report - non-specific). SDV357013.
Brick and clay block construction. Gabled roof with corrugated asbestos sheeting. Metal and UPVC windows. Nine bays. Single wooden door with a projecting roof and projecting brick chimney in south-east elevation. A wood and glass double door with projecting roof in south-west elevation.
There is one full-width room at each end of the building. A central corridor with rooms off it, including apparent offices, a kitchen and toilet. Plasterboard ceilings.
