A building is depicted within plot 1451 on the Brixham Tithe Map of 1838, recorded as a 'Cottage and Garden' within the Tithe Apportionment.

Site of a cottage and garden to south of present warden’s bungalow, built between 1831 and 1833. Let in 1838 to James Foster. Still standing 1906 but demolished by 1938. The bungalow was built between 1906 and 1938.

A building is depicted within plot 1451 on the Brixham Tithe Map of 1838, recorded as a 'Cottage and Garden' within the Tithe Apportionment. A building of a similar size and layout is also depicted within this location on the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps, but is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that it had been demolished prior to 2015.
