Full description
Pears, B. + de-Villiers, S. + Passmore, A., 2014, The Former Fremington Army Camp, Fremington, Devon: Results of an Archaeological Trench Evaluation and Historic Building Survey, Building 66; Plates 8, 17-18 (Report - non-specific). SDV357013.
Brick building with gabled roof under corrugated asbestos sheeting. Connected to covered walkway (building 42). UPVC windows. 12 bays. Double wooden doors with a sloping corrugated asbestos sheet roof over them in south-east elevation.
No internal access; visual inspection through windows. Consists of a single room at the south-east end, then a large open hall, both of which contain lockers. Then a corridor to the north-west end with various rooms off it. Plasterboard ceilings.
