Horner, W., 08/12/2014, Possible Enclosure at Liddaton Down Plantation (Personal Comment). SDV358134.

Earthwork resembling an enclosure at Liddaton Down Plantation. Appears on Lidar image, and is also shown on late 19th and early 20th century Ordnance Survey maps. Appears to enclose an area of quarrying, so is probably historic/modern.

No quarrying activity shown in this part of Liddaton Down Plantation, within area of the possible enclosure, which is indicated by a semi-circular annexe to the plantation on the northern boundary.
