An oval mound, circa 38m long by 32m wide, is visible as an earthwork on visualisations derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017, on a hilltop to the west of Battisford Park. Although the earthwork bears resemblance to a Bronze Age barrow, it is interpreted as being of more likely geological origin. It has nonetheless been transcribed given this uncertainty.
