Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
The former boundary is not depicted on the parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.

The former field boundary is visible as a cropmark bank.

A cropmark bank of a possible former medieval or post-medieval field boundary is visible on aerial photographs of 1946, to the west of Browns Farm. The broad sinuous plough-spread cropmark measures up to 15m in width, is broadly north to south aligned and generally respects the historic field patterns, although appears to have passed out of use by the time of the Woodbury parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48. The cropmark was not clearly visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey.
