Earthwork banks of probable post-medieval to modern date are visible on aerial photographs of 1946 onwards, at Sanctuary Farm. The possible 18th-19th century cultivation banks or orchard banks are northeast to southwest and northwest to southeast aligned and occupy an area of approximately 3.55 hectares of gentle northwest facing slope, within three plots on the eastern side of Sanctuary Farm. The earthwork banks are faintly visible as earthworks on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2010.
