Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2014-2015, East and Mid Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV356883.

A pale curvilinear cropmark with a dark border, circa 3.5 metres wide and aligned roughly south-east to north-west, is visible on aerial photographs taken in the summer of 2010. Several similar cropmark are visible, which correspond to the locations of field boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map. The cropmark is therefore interpreted as having formed over a field boundary bank with ditches either side that went out of use prior to the mid-19th century, and likely to be of post-medieval or perhaps medieval origin.
