A pale linear cropmark with dark edges, circa 60 metres in length by 3 metres in width, and aligned roughly east to west, is visible on aerial photographs taken between 1999 and 2010. It is interpreted as having formed over the buried remains of a former field boundary bank and ditches of medieval or post-medieval origin. No field boundaries are depicted in this location on the available historic maps, suggesting that any boundary here probably fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
