Parallel linear earthwork banks, covering just under two hectares and circa 6 metres wide, are visible on aerial photographs taken in the 1940s. Their location corresponds to a field within which orchard trees are depicted on the Tithe map, and some trees are still visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947. The earthworks are aligned broadly cross-contour, and are interpreted as tree planting banks of post-medieval or early-19th century date. They are not visible on later available aerial photographs and may have been levelled.
