A rectilinear enclosure,1.5 to 3 metres wide and 50 by 60 metres in extent, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs taken between 1959 and 1999. A gap of circa 4 metres is visible in the middle of its eastern side, with a possible external linear feature approximately 3.5 metres to the east and roughly parallel to the eastern side. Internally two irregular curvilinear cropmarks may relate to the function of this enclosure. A similar nearby enclosure is of probable late-2nd century date (MDV113011), and this may also be Romano-British, although based on form a later prehistoric date is also quite possible.
This feature was originally recorded as part of MDV10043, which contains details of additional aerial photograph sources relating to this extensive area of field system and cropmark enclosures.

Devon County Council, 2019, Google Earth Aerial Photograph Pilot Project, GE92 (Aerial Photograph). SDV363341.

Further linears may be evident. Bronze Age to Romano-British in date.
