Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
The Tithe Map shows a dwelling here, with a garden and orchard (453-55, 459 etc on the Dean Prior Apportionment). Listed as 'Late Elliott's Tenement', the map is a little unclear but shows an L-shaped building adjoining the road, with garden, courtyard and orchard and a large field to the rear (east).

There is no trace of any of this on the late 19th century historic map. No sub-divisions are shown in what now appears to be a fairly large field opposite Deancombe Cottages.
