No longer extant. A house with courtyard, garden and orchard is depicted here on the Tithe Map. Shown on the late 19th century and early 20th historic maps, appears to have fallen out of use sometime in the mid 20th century. One of a number of holdings that existed in Deancombe in the early 19th century but haven't survived through to modern times.

Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
The Tithe Map shows a dwelling here, with a garden and orchard (28-30 on the Dean Prior Apportionment). Listed as cottage with garden and orchard, the map is a little unclear but appears to show two buildings, with gardens and orchards.

By the late 19th century map depiction, one main building remains, along with the garden plots etc.
