Summary
Depicted on the Tithe map as dwelling house with garden, the house was replaced by the late 19th century with a larger dwelling; this in turn was short-lived and from the early 20th century, the plot housed a narrow rectangular building, not thought to be a dwelling.

Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Tithe Map notes 'Dwelling house with garden' for this plot: 114 on the Shaugh Prior apportionment, and shows a rectangular house aligned north-west by south-east.
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
The late 19th century historic map shows the dwelling from the Tithe Map has gone and a larger house built in its place.

The early 20th century historic map shows that a very narrow rectangular building has replaced that shown on the Tithe map; not likely to be a dwelling.
