Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Farmstead shown on 19th century Tithe Map as a group of six buildings around an irregular shaped yard with several small enclosures. The Apportionment for 'Wooder' lists Field Number 358 as 'House Garden & Yard' and the Apportionment for 'Higher Wooder' to the north lists Field Number 356 as 'House & Yard'.

A large group of buildings shown on 19th century map as 'Manor House' around an irregular shaped yard. One building on the northern side of the farmstead appears to have a semi-circular horse engine on its northern side.
