No longer extant. Small farmstead dates to the early-mid 19th century, based on cartographic evidence, although may be earlier. Depicted on the Tithe Map, it continues into the early 20th century but is replaced by the Cantrell Works (now Redlake Trading Estate).

Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Younghouse is depicted on the Tithe Map; 870-1 on the Ugborough apportionment. Farm consists of three small, narrow buildings set around a yard, with the dwelling on the northern boundary.
