Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Russells farmstead shown on 19th century Tithe Map as a square building in an irregular shaped yard with a track running to the north-east. A small square building is shown on the field to the north-east and a small pond to the south. The Apportionment for 'Russells' lists Field Number 285 as 'Homestead Road and Pond' and Field Number 284 to the north-east as 'Pound House Orchard'.
