Royal Air Force, 1946, RAF/106G/UK/1412, RAF/106G/UK/1412 RP 3243-3244 13-APR-1946 (Aerial Photograph). SDV352504.

Three roughly circular earthwork pits are visible.

A pale irregular cropmark is visible.

Three roughly circular pits, circa 12 metres in diameter, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946, and one is visible as a pale cropmark on aerial photographs taken in 1963. They are interpreted as Second World War bomb craters, presumably resulting from bombs intended for Exeter.
