Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2014-2015, East and Mid Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV356883.

A linear earthwork ditch, circa 6 metres wide, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards and images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It is similar in appearance to other earthworks in the vicinity that correspond to the position of former boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map, and runs parallel to an extant curvilinear boundary to the north-east. It is interpreted as the remains of a field boundary of probable medieval origin that fell out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
