Pair of cottages. Plastered and thatched. Brick stacks. Two-storeyed. Sashes. Four window front. One has a panelled door.18th century. Group value.(doe 1960).
DOE 1984, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV126021.
The cottage. House, formerly divided into two cottages. Early-mid c17. Pilastered cob and with thatched roof with gabled ends. Two storeys, four window range. Sashes with glazing bars. Two doorways; left hand with fielded panel door, right hand doorway to cross passage with late c19 glazed door. Brick chimney stacks at ridge and gable end. Interior: stopped and chamfered ceiling beams. Fireplace with chamfered stone jambs and chamfered bressummer. Similar but smaller fireplace to first floor.(doe 1984).
