Bampton, J. + Morris, B., 15/06/2015, Land off Muxbeare Lane, Willand (Report - Evaluation). SDV359294.
Desk-based assessment and evaluation undertaken in advance of a proposed development.
By 1880 a small square structure had been built on the site, adjacent to the lane, with the GWR railway further to the south-west.
