Summary

Built in the 1930s by Colonel Vicary, who used it as a base during the War when Scorhill house was occupied by All Hallows School. Bungalow changed hands during the 20th century and was later subject to an application to demolish and replace with a larger property. This was resisted by the Gidleigh residents and did not take place.
