Lower Tricombe depicted comprising a dwelling house with two other buildings to the north-east and an adjoining orchard.

Lower Tricombe marked comprising a group of five buidings with a pump and a orchard ajoining. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows the farmstead to have altered in the second half of the 19th century with the addition of buildings and the partial demolition of the dwelling house.
