Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

The two linear and parallel cropmarks are northeast to southwest aligned and are visible to a length of approximately 50m. The cropmarks most likely represent the remains of a former medieval or post-medieval field boundary which is depicted here on the Bradstone Parish Tithe Map of approximately 1838-48. This field boundary appears, however, to have passed out of use by the time of the First Edition Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s.
