Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Depicted on the Tithe Map as a pair of two adjoining cottages forming an L-shape. Set within the plot 314; 'Cottages and gardens' listed on the apportionment. These are directly adjacent to the Mill and may have provided workers accommodation.

The late 19th century historic map shows the two main properties have been subdivided into five smaller cottages.

The modern mapping shows the houses are much the same as the late 19th century layout, although modern houses have been added, adjoining number 36 Mill Street.
