The transcriptions of an oval earthwork pit from aerial photographs RAF/CPE/UK/250/4114-5, corresponds to a database record of a quarry of post-medieval date.

The aerial photograph reference given in the Tamar Valley NMP transcription attributes is incomplete; the date of the photograph is not included.
The NMP aerial photograph rectification and subsequent transcriptions for the Tamar Valley were derived from Ordnance Survey 1:10,000 base maps. As such, the NMP transcriptions occasionally display significant variance from the current MasterMap base mapping.
