Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
House and garden are depicted on the Tithe Map; 669 on the Mary Tavy apportionment 'House and Garden; part of Lane Head Village'. House is a rectangular shape, aligned north-west by south-east.

The late 19th century historic map shows the house has been altered since the Tithe Map depiction. It appears to have been subdivided into two properties, with porches added to the north-east (front) side and small outbuildings added at the rear.
