Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Cottage and garden are depicted on the Tithe Map; 645 on the Mary Tavy apportionment 'Cottage and Garden'. Dwelling is a rectangular shape, aligned north-east by south-west, with additional small structures at the north-eastern and south-western end.

The late 19th century historic map shows the house may have been extended by this time; a larger rectangular property is depicted on the map.
