Possible lynchets of potential medieval origin are visible as earthwork banks on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, to the north of North Hill Farm. The two parallel and linear earthworks are north to south aligned and are situated on moderate west facing slope. The earthworks remain partly visible on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2014.
