A circular structure was visible located at the junction of King Street and a lane from the south-west, now Streamers Meadows, on aerial photographs of the 1940s. The structure was probably a temporary Second World War water tank known as an Emergency Water Supply (EWS).

A circular structure was visible.

A circular structure approximately 8 metres in diameter was visible on aerial photographs of 1947 on undeveloped ground at the junction of King Street and a lane from the south-west, now Streamers Meadows,. The structure was probably a Second World War water tank known as an Emergency Water Supply (EWS).
The tank had been removed by 1948.
